About

Hello and thank you for visiting my site. To introduce myself I will share with you what I regard as my resources. We all need them, we all thrive and heal through them.

I love all sorts of artistic processes, getting my hands stuck into making something beautiful and useful is life affirming and deeply satisfying for me. I further resource through movement and ground through sensing into my somatic landscape. Underlying and permeating all, spirituality is my great anchor. For me it means living life consciously and wisely, remembering myself as aware presence and honoring my shared being with all there is. Mother Earth is my mirror and a powerful teacher, and I am continually refining my ways of living in harmony with nature.

I enjoy supporting people in finding their own ways of resourcing, ways of drawing from the inner well of potential; and in sharing their inherent inner wealth and beauty with the world. How do you fill your cup and in which ways does it overflow?

“I live in eternity but dance in time – the world is my mirror and I am its lover.”
